Visit Rhodes From Kos Island
I have created a website about visiting Rhodes from Kos island at http://www.sunsethotelkos.com/rhodes.html
Nothing is left of the Colossus of Rhodes, which was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, but old pictures show it (probably incorrectly) straddling the Harbor
The harbor pictured (for medium sized boats) has statues of deer on pedestals, a Stag on one side and Doe on the other.
Next to the harbor is the imposing entrance to the picturesque Old Town of Rhodes through the City Wall
Once inside the walls you find yourself in the oldest medieval city in Europe
If you find any errors on this page please contact me at rajohn1@adam.com.au
Thanks
John
